* The options every woman has and how to choose which is best for you
* How to distinguish between pregnancy/labor facts and fiction
* How to trust your body - and know that it knows what to do
* Breastfeeding tips and what you need to know beforehand

The Big Latch On - Nassau County Long Island

Join us in celebration of WORLD BREASTFEEDING WEEK and all things motherhood at this one of a kind (FREE) event! At Jones Beach - Field # 6 near East beach house- PLEASE INVITE YOUR FRIENDS AS WELL. 

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BREASTFEED TO ATTEND. 

In addition to an optional latch on at 10:30 am we will have a morning full of: prenatal and postpartum support Q&A time with local professionals/mom groups, networking with other mamas, FREE giveaways, and even a (baby wearing friendly) flash mob! 

The Global Big Latch On takes place at a registered locations around the world, where women gather together
to breastfeed and offer peer support to each other. Their friends, family and community join this celebration
to promote and support breastfeeding. Volunteers from within the community host each location, hosting a
Global Big Latch On creates a lasting support network for the community. 

This event is being sponsored by LILCA, Lakeshore Lactation and Mommy Moves. BabyGanics will be giving out free samples.
